I love trivia.  Every once in a while trivia comes in handy.  Because of this, I started this website to collect as much trivia, useless or otherwise, as possible.  It will take time to make this site everything I want it be.  I am looking for input from all trivia junkies everywhere. 

You just never know when some piece of useless information will come in handy.  Just think of all the places you can use useless trivia.  You can use it at parties to show off your knowledge.  You can use it to improve your knowledge for trivia games.  You can use it to improve your scores with online trivia games.  Not to mention, just having all those useless facts in your head.  There are many, many more but that should give you the incentive to increase your trivia knowledge and please contribute to the site.  I am not good at movie, sports or music trivia.  So, at least to start with these types of trivia will be left for you, the readers, to contribute.  But useless trivia, I love it and, for whatever reason, I remember it.  For example, how could anyone not remember?


You just never know when some unknowing person might offer you polar bear liver for dinner.  Don't eat it.  So, I believe that there is a need to provide a website that provides this type of information.  Most of it will not be as important as the polar bear liver fact but never the less, it is important.  For example:

I know that factoid wouldn't save your life but it might help you from having a miserable vacation in Finland with no Donald Duck comics.

 I discovered an interesting fact that I will consider trivia while working on this site.  I was searching Google with different keywords and accidently typed "TRIVA".  Google returned 450,000 sites using the word "triva".  I used a keyword tool and discovered the "triva" is used over 200 times a day.  For this reason, I believe it is important to have a website dedicated to useless trivia of all types.  Having a repository of trivia will insure that it is not lost forever.
